The Role Responsibilities

As a result of continued success and an increased workload a fantastic opportunity has arisen within our company for a confident and experienced Electricians Mate, we are keen to hear from you if you would like to learn new skills and apply your existing electrical knowledge to this role.

The responsibilities of the successful applicant may include the following, dependant on experience

• First and second fix on all aspects of electrical work including Industrial, commercial and domestic facilities
• Assisting with installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements
• Receiving and checking of materials
• Liaising with other trades whilst on site
• Ensuring all accidents, incidents, near misses and non-conformances are fully reported
• Other duties as requested

The Role Requirements

• Hold a current CSCS/ECS Card
• Hold a current driving license
• Experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment and materials common to the Electrical trade
• Be committed and self-motivated, with very good organisational skills
• A good team player
• Be willing to work away from home
• You may be required to work overtime as and when required by the company (including weekends and nights)
• provide suitable references if requested

The Package

40hrs per week 7.30am – 4.00pm with an opportunity for overtime

The salary for this role will be competitive and based on experience

Training will be given to the right candidate to enable them to progress within the role.
