New VRF AC Installation to New Build Care Home Facility – 17No Internal Fan Coils connected to 2No External Condensing Units
To provide AC to the communal rooms, (Lounges/Dining/Activity), and to the Drugs Rooms, which store drugs that need to be kept in a cool stable temperature environment.
We installed Midea 3 pipe Heat Recovery Cassette units to serve a number of rooms over 3 floors. Midea was the preferred manufacturer due to having a very shallow cassette depth, which the consultant was keen on.
